How does the laser work?

The SopranoXL gently heats the targeted hair follicles damaging the follicle which will not allow the regrowth of hair.

Is it safe?

The Soprano XL was cleared in 2005 by the FDA and has been successfully used in the treatment of permanent hair reduction.

How many treatments are required?

While all patients are different a general statement of 4-6 treatment are required for the successful reduction of hair. Only your professional will be able to determine the correct number of treatments required.

Will my hair grow back?

No, once the hair follicle has been damaged it is unable to regrow hair. Occasionally some hair follicles are missed by the laser and may need just a short treatment to complete the process.

Do I need to take time off for this treatment?

No, most patients find the process comfortable. Of course, pain tolerance is a subjective matter but most individuals tolerate the procedure with little to no discomfort.
