Our office is located in the Fieldstone Buildings on 40th Avenue and Englewood across the street from the Fire Station. Appointments for the cosmetic side of the practice can be made by calling 509-966-7899. Every effort is made to return the phone call the same business day.
Physician referrals are required for the dermatology portion of the practice; we do not take self referrals. We are contracted with the major insurance carriers but individuals should check with their plan for definitive coverage issues.
